LIFE INSURANCE

  • Up to 2 times annual earnings.

LONG TERM DISABILITY

  • 66 2/3% base monthly earnings. Income contribution insurance is provided for disability to work due to Sickness or accident. It is integrated with California State Disability and Social Security coverage.

401(K) SAVINGS PLAN

  • Employee contributions from 1-15%. Company match of 50% on the first 5% of employee's contribution. Eligibility after 6 months. Vesting on company's portion at 20% per year. 100% vested after 5 years.

EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT

  • Job related courses specified by the company including seminars and workshops - 100%.

JURY DUTY SERVICE

  • 5 days maximum at full pay, less compensation paid by the court.
