Hydra-Electric builds a product that must live up to very strict standards of performance.  

Day to day operations of commercial and military aircraft push performance levels of all operating components to the maximum.  Smart design, careful manufacturing, intense testing, and sharp quality control assure the performance of Hydra-Electric components.

Here are a few of the performance levels that Hydra products adhere to :

Temperature Ranges:             
-85   degrees F to +400 degrees F
Pressure Ranges:                    
Low pressures of 0.25" H20 … to High pressures of 5,000 + psi.
Vibration Ratings:                    
25+ G's at 3,000 Hz, and shock up to 250 G's.
Altitude Ranges:                     
Sea level to 100,000 feet
Life Cycle:                              
250,000 -500,000 cycles typical
Flow:                                     
Flow switches range from 0.25 GPM to 30 GPM
Corrosive Resistance:              
Corrosive resistant stainless steel wetted and non-wetted materials
Dampening Capability:            
Pressure Snubbers are able to dampen pressure pulses and pump ripple
