Len Torres

President

Len joined Hydra-Electric in 2015 where he is responsible for production, supply chain and quality management, and keeps the organization focused on delivering continuous process improvement, operational efficiencies, customer on-time delivery and inventory optimization.

Prior to joining Hydra-Electric, Len worked at Meggitt Control Systems where he held several executive leadership positions. He served as U.S. Group Materials Director, where he was responsible for a $100M procurement budget and led numerous supply chain optimization initiatives resulting in significant improvements in customer OTD, quality metrics, and other measures. He also served in leadership roles at TA MFG Co. (division of Esterline Technologies), Cast Alloys Inc., and Teradyne Inc.
