Will manage marketing & sales activities and assume responsibility for product management, to include product planning and strategies for commercial and military aircraft customers worldwide with primary responsibility and focus in the aircraft market.
Annual Salary: $110k
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manages Customer Service team for established accounts, providing service and contractual
support - Organizes and manages sound proposal preparation, pricing establishment and quotation activities
- Establishes Account Prioritization and Planning to drive growth and monitor progress
- Provides an Annual Sales Plan/Forecast to support business growth, operating budget and
strategic planning objectives - Makes frequent direct sales calls to drive growth, retention and profitability and optimize market.penetration
- Works closely with Operations team to coordinate and expedite factory resources as necessary to meet customer requirements
- Forges effective communication and working relationships with Outside Sales Representatives to manage and grow customer base
- Produces effective logistic and time planning of sales activities, travel planning, and prioritizing
- Produces effective verbal and written communication for activities and sales reports, customer
correspondence, etc. - Maintains and continuously improves Inside Sales work instructions and procedures.
- Attends production and business unit meetings to ensure necessary communication and
coordination with other departments. - Recommends, investigates and documents new product opportunities
- May be responsible for updating pricing, proofreading the product catalog, and overseeing the
creation and maintenance of price lists and Customer list within MRP - Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Education/Experience
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Familiarity with MRP, ERP and similar Product and manufacturing processes. Syteline knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
