Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs of both the facility and equipment.  Maintains plant and equipment to support a safe work environment and sustain production to meet customer schedules.

Hourly Wage:

$27-$30/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Repairs & services pneumatic systems
  • Services electrical fixtures including lamps and power supplies
  • Performs plumbing tasks as required
  • Performs preventative maintenance, service & repairs to hydraulic systems
  • Supports facility team with maintenance of facility structure & general equipment
  • Assists maintenance team in keeping compliant with all applicable municipal regulations
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma required or work-related experience
  • Minimum 3-year progressive experience in maintenance 
  • A team player
  • Efficient, accurate and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
