The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs of both the facility and equipment. Maintains plant and equipment to support a safe work environment and sustain production to meet customer schedules.
Hourly Wage:
$27-$30/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repairs & services pneumatic systems
- Services electrical fixtures including lamps and power supplies
- Performs plumbing tasks as required
- Performs preventative maintenance, service & repairs to hydraulic systems
- Supports facility team with maintenance of facility structure & general equipment
- Assists maintenance team in keeping compliant with all applicable municipal regulations
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma required or work-related experience
- Minimum 3-year progressive experience in maintenance
- A team player
- Efficient, accurate and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
