The Network Administrator is responsible for the Company’s computer infrastructure, including but not limited to the following specific responsibilities.
Hourly Wage:
$26-$41/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and supports the Company’s server and storage resources, including hardware and operating software
- Manages and supports server and storage virtualization
- Manages and supports the Company’s network resources, etc.
- Manages the Company’s “Help” functions
- Plans, coordinates, and implements network cybersecurity measures to protect data, software, and hardware
- Responsible for special projects as required
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- 2-4 years of technical network support experience
- Familiarity with infrastructure concepts, policies, procedures and practices
- Ability to use experience to make sound professional judgments and recommendations
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in the following applications: Intel based infrastructure, Microsoft server Operating System, VMware vSphere and related technologies and Microsoft SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
