We’ve been so busy celebrating our 70th Anniversary and preparing for trade shows that we overlooked making a very important announcement about our amazing Director of Human Resources, Ann Henzgen.
In June, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal held their annual CFO/HR Professionals of the Year Awards. At the event, our very own Ann Henzgen won for Large Private Company HR Professional of the Year. As described in the subsequent SFVBJ article, “Henzgen helped reorganize the company into a clean manufacturing facility. She characterized her role as part of ‘a very challenging and very rewarding profession,’ crediting the ‘many mentors throughout my career.’”
The truth is that people are our greatest resource as a company. From our engineers, to the folks in manufacturing, to the executives and support personnel, it’s people who make Hydra-Electric work.
