Impact at Paris Air Show 2019

Hydra-Electric at PAS 2019We’re back from another successful year at the International Paris Air Show, where we introduced new high performance sensor and switch solutions. Team leaders at the booth were Hydra-Electric’s Director of Product Engineering and Sales Tim Burmood, and Sensor Engineering Manager Austin Reed.

In an industry dominated by technology, exhibiting allows us to make an impact by directly meeting with the people who are most engaged with that technology. These interactions benefit customers and companies alike. We appreciate the opportunity to make face-to-face contact with long-term and prospective customers in such a dynamic environment.

As Tim Burmood describes it, “At The Paris Air Show, we showcase the innovations that make Hydra-Electric stand out in our marketplace. Companies are coming to us for solutions in sensors and switches that they aren’t finding amongst our competitors. We’ve been in this industry for over 70 years, and our company continues to stay a step ahead by creating solutions for issues that were thought to be unsolvable.”

The trade show this year hosted 2,453 exhibitor companies from 48 countries, 276 Official Delegations from 98 countries, and 139,840 trade visitors representing 185 countries. The International Paris Air Show, held biannually since 1909, is the largest aerospace event in the world.
